Portsmouth High School senior Samantha Sinapi wins new KVH scholarship created to encourage math and engineering education
MIDDLETOWN, RI – June 23, 2008 – KVH Industries, Inc., (Nasdaq: KVHI) is pleased to name Ms. Samantha Sinapi of Portsmouth, RI, the recipient of the 2008 KVH Technology Scholar Award. Ms. Sinapi, a recent graduate of Portsmouth High School who will be attending Worcester Polytechnic Institute in the fall, is the first recipient of this new scholarship, which will be given annually to a deserving high school senior attending a 4-year undergraduate math or engineering program the following fall.
