The Fleet One app informs you by using an alarm and alert dialog pop up when approaching or outside of the coverage area.  The default setting is a sound alarm and an alert dialog pop up.  The setting can be changed through the “Distance Sensitivity” option within the app settings.

No.  By default, the terminal does not automatically connect to the internet when you connect your computer or other equipment to the LAN interface. You must activate their connection from the Dashboard in the web interface or from an IP Handset.

Yes in regards to OneCare. As part of the OneCare rollout the Standard Warranty for the TracPhone Fleet One is two year parts and two year labor AS LONG AS the TracPhone Fleet One system was purchased as part of a new integrated mini-VSAT solution through KVH distribution, e.g. a TracPhone plus the TracPhone Fleet One. Yes in regards to an extended warranty. You can extend the warranty for 3 additional years. Each additional year would cost:

  1. Using a smartphone app and an external WLAN access point connected to the LAN interface.  (Apple, Google & Microsoft stores have many downloadable smartphone apps.  Search store on “SIP phones”)
  2. Using an analog phone connected to the Phone interface
  3. Using an IP handset connected to the LAN interface
