NEW AND EXISTING Subscribers: Once your receiver arrives, contact KVH’s Activation Team at 248-896-8598 or email kvhconnect@signalconnect.com. Our activation team will set up your new DISH account if needed and take care of activation.

Please note that your receiver may be factory refurbished, as DISH’s warehouses don’t separate new receivers from refurbished ones. There may be cosmetic imperfections but the full warranty is in effect. Contact us immediately if you see issues that would stop you from using your new receiver.

DIRECTV

NEW AND EXISTING Subscribers: Once your receiver arrives, contact KVH’s Activation Team at 248-896-8598 or email kvhconnect@signalconnect.com. Our activation team will set up your new DIRECTV account if needed and take care of activation.
