Always Connected.

Pam Pozzi, KVH Engineer, Honored with 2023 Tech10 Innovation Award

Here at KVH, we know our engineering team includes the best minds in the maritime connectivity business, but it’s always nice when that fact when other technology leaders recognize that fact. During the recent Rhode Island Monthly/Tech10 Advisory Group Awards, Pam Pozzi, lead software engineer and scrum master for our development team, was honored with the 2023 Tech10 Award, which recognizes the work and leadership of local tech innovators.

“Innovation is at the heart of everything KVH designs, builds, and supports,” says Bob Balog, KVH’s Chief Operating Officer. “Pam brings that spirit of innovation, along with a tremendous sense of creativity and leadership, to every project she works on. On behalf of all of her colleagues in Engineering and around the company, I want to say congratulations to her on this well-deserved recognition.”

Pam joined KVH in 2008 and has played a crucial role in the company’s expanding suite of products and services for maritime connectivity, including the groundbreaking TracNet H-series hybrid terminals, which bring together VSAT, 5G, and Wi-Fi technologies with seamless, intelligent channel switching. Her responsibilities include product development and team leadership and ensuring that the team achieves the company’s development goals on time while meeting our stringent performance standards and our customers’ high expectations.

Congratulations, Pam, and thank you for your commitment, hard work, and the innovative drive you bring to the office every day!
